• Australia Parcel Post - with signature: $22.99 per item

• Australia Parcel Post - no signature: $19.99 per item

• Local Delivery - Monday or Friday delivery: $15 per order

• Local Collection from Caloundra or Palmwoods - Monday or Friday afternoons: FREE

Currently, the postage fees we charge are even slightly less than what we’re billed, as we’re committed to providing the best possible value for our customers.

Customer Satisfaction & Returns Policy

At Axcessi Kits, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Please note that we do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases, and while we source reliable materials, we cannot guarantee the growth of flower seeds in our kits.

If you discover a manufacturing defect in your kit within 30 days of receiving it, we will replace the defective item at no additional cost, including postage. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use. To facilitate a swift resolution, please notify us via email if you identify a defect.
